What is Conveyancing?
Conveyancing is the process of transferring the Legal Title or ownership of land and any improvements on the land from one owner to another.
When should I appoint a Conveyancer
When Selling you will require the services of a Conveyancer prior to signing a Contract of Sale to sell. A Section 32 also known as a Vendors Statement is prepared by our experienced Conveyancers in accordance with your instruction and presented by yourself or appointed Real Estate Agent to the purchaser for signing prior to an offer being made by a Purchaser on a Contract of Sale.
When Purchasing it is advisable to appoint a Conveyancer as soon as you sign a Contract of Sale to purchase a property. The Conveyancer protects your interest and provides you with important information and guidance ensuring a smooth transaction.
